Mrs. Leza Chandler created the Proverbs 31 Girls Club for her daughters and for every girl who realizes the importance of preparing themselves for their future as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur.
While most young girls attend school to receive training for their careers, they do not usually learn the skills necessary to rule their homes as a great wife, mother, or business owner. While preparing for a job is important, the P31 Girls Club believes that preparing for wifehood, motherhood, and your livelihood through entrepreneurship is even more important.
By the end of this training, young ladies will understand their value and primary purpose as the caretaker of life; become an excellent manager of their home and a fearless supporter for their husband and children, and embrace their role as a virtuous leader in their community.
Our program explores what it means to be a woman of excellence according to Proverbs 31 verses 10-31 by studying The 31 Principals of Good Character (c), Black-African Queens, African civilizations, African craftsmanship, and developing skillfulness through hands-on, real world experiences.
